Operations & AI Systems Builder.

I lead operations, organize complex work, and improve the systems that keep a business moving. When I encounter a problem I cannot solve with the tools I have, I learn what I need and build a practical solution.

What I bring

Operations is the core. Technology is the toolkit.

I am not trying to become an app developer for its own sake. My strength is understanding how work gets done, taking ownership of the moving parts, and finding better ways to execute.

General management

Own the operation.

Bring structure to people, priorities, processes, stakeholders, documentation, and day-to-day execution.

Operations management

Turn mess into order.

Find bottlenecks, establish accountability, improve workflows, track performance, and make the next action clear.

Project management

Keep the work moving.

Coordinate people and dependencies, remove blockers, communicate progress, and drive projects toward completion.

Builder mindset

Learn what I need.

When a problem falls outside my current knowledge or available tools, I learn, experiment, and build a practical solution.

Selected work & systems

Management first. Building as a force multiplier.

My core work is operations, management, and execution. These projects show how I think when I find a process that can be improved: I learn the problem, make the workflow clearer, and when existing tools are not enough, I build something practical to help.

01 · Operations Intelligence

From messy data to a clear operational picture.

I built the Operations Intelligence Center after seeing how messy account information made it harder to understand portfolio health and decide what to tackle first. The goal was to give management a clear baseline for prioritization and action.

The problem

Operational information can be scattered across spreadsheets and documents. The challenge is not only calculating numbers; it is establishing a reliable baseline and deciding what deserves attention first.

What I built

  • Input handling for operational files such as Excel and PDF material.
  • Deterministic KPI calculations and data validation.
  • Exception detection and transparent priority scoring.
  • Management views for outstanding balances, collection, portfolio health, and priorities.
  • Executive reporting that turns analysis into an action-oriented starting point.
Deterministic analysis remains the source of truth. AI interprets the verified results and suggests next steps; human review stays in the loop.

02 · Education Workflow

From a real teaching workflow to a usable classroom system.

I built Teaching Hub to make my wife's teaching workflow easier. It is a personal example of how I approach an operational problem: understand the workflow, learn what is needed, and build a tool that removes repetitive work.

The problem

A lesson plan is not automatically a complete classroom experience. Teachers still need activities, materials, differentiation, and a way to actually run the class.

What I built

  • Upload a real lesson source and use it as evidence for the new learning experience.
  • Generate a structured lesson experience rather than simply rearranging the original activities.
  • Create interactive activities and classroom-ready materials.
  • Use Classroom Mode to move from planning into teaching.
  • Generate teacher and student artifacts such as guides, answer keys, activity cards, learning packs, and visual materials.
The goal is not “generate a worksheet.” The goal is to close the workflow from source material → learning design → usable classroom experience.

03 · Private AI System

The private layer behind the building.

Elliott is the private AI orchestration environment I use to turn ideas into working applications and systems using the computing resources available on my own machine.

What it does

Elliott helps me move from an idea to a working system by coordinating the work involved in building, testing, researching, and iterating.

What I'm showing publicly

The portfolio intentionally shows only the product-facing side of Elliott. The internal architecture, prompts, orchestration patterns, private tools, and implementation details are not part of the public portfolio.

The products are public-facing evidence. Elliott is part of how I build them.

How I work

Manage the work. Improve the system.

My default approach is operational: understand the objective, organize the work, create accountability, improve the process, and keep execution moving. Technology and AI are tools I reach for when they make that work better.

01

Understand the operation

Clarify the objective, people, process, constraints, and what success looks like.

02

Organize execution

Make ownership, priorities, workflows, documentation, and follow-up visible.

03

Improve the process

Use better tools, automation, data, or AI when they remove friction or improve decision-making.

04

Measure and adjust

Use results and feedback to refine the operation rather than assuming the first solution is the final one.

About Victor

The person behind the systems.

I'm an operations and business professional who has spent years helping organizations bring order to complex work — managing people, processes, systems, client relationships, financial operations, and execution.

I enjoy the moment when a messy process becomes understandable: the workflow is clear, accountability exists, the right information is visible, and people can actually execute. Building software and AI systems became a natural extension of that mindset.

I'm interested in opportunities where I can keep learning, build useful things, solve meaningful problems, and create measurable value — whether through a full-time role, advisory work, or selected projects.

Experience & strengths

General management with a builder mindset.

My professional background spans operations management, business development, strategic partnerships, project execution, process improvement, financial and commercial operations, client management, and cross-functional coordination. I am most interested in roles where I can own execution, bring structure to complexity, and help a team operate better.

General management

Make the operation work.

Own the moving parts: people, priorities, workflows, accountability, reporting, documentation, stakeholders, and execution.

Project management

Move work forward.

Coordinate cross-functional work, manage dependencies, communicate clearly, solve blockers, and keep projects moving toward the objective.

Let's connect

Let's make the operation better.

I'm open to general management, operations management, project management, advisory work, and roles where I can take ownership, keep learning, and create real value.
